This dead polyp going to effect the rest?

This dead poly in the pic going to effect the rest of the colony?
I think there was 1 at first, now a week later, there is like 3 dead polyps.
or are these dead polyps at all?

I'm going to move you thread over to the REEF forum for input, but do you have an opinion about why they are dead? Aggression from other coral?

I have no idea why the original polyp died / turned black =(
