This is Strange...

I have a flame hawk that steals food from my corals. He seems to be a very VERY smart fish. He will not steal from the corals if I'm looking at him, but when I turn my head or close my eyes, he steals the food. He also seems to know when I am going to feed the corals too. I feed my corals on Friday, and every Friday he is right by my brain coral, which I always feed first. Every other day, he go's nowhere near that coral. He also seems to know when the lights are going to turn off. He go's over to his favorite overhange about two minutes before the lights go off. He is also unnaturaly tame. I will put my hand into the tank and he will jump on it. Its this kind of behavore normal?

sounds mostly like his personality to me...but an animal can sense a "schedule" so to speak...its all in the biological clock

Mine does the same thing. I have a flame hawk and I feed my purple plate and he is so aggressive for the food he will get on top of coral and it looks as if I am syringe feeding HIM, its cute but a pain, he will also steal it out of the plates mouth. Keep having fun,SW is a blast!!
