That's fine. I wasn't expecting any freshwater sand to be live in a saltwater tank. It would just be for looks. Belive it or not there is sand in the lake that is light blue with red flakes in it. Realy weird but natural to the lake.

i wouldnt coul posses minerals liek quarts and silicat that will just fuel alages, aragonite sand is the best you could get.

Aaaaah. Home again. I can assure all of you my sunburn due to the 86-89 deg temp will go away shortly and that the nurse shark and yellow stingray population is alive and well in Mexico.
