Cycled the tank with LR and LS, added two damsels and a clownfish after a few weeks, then an orchid pseudochromis and a scooter blenny a few weeks after that. Fairly soon after that I added blue mushroom coral, a coral banded shrimp, some tiny hermit crabs and three snails. Everything seemed just fine until the four stripe damsel came down with lymphocystis, stopped eating and promptly died. Three days later I noticed that my precious little tank raised ultra-bloody-expensive little pseudochromis was flashing. Sure enough the next day what looked to me like a parasitic infestation was visible on his side. Moved him to the hospital tank, treated with copper and melafix to no avail. He was dead within 48 hours. :( Two weeks later, my yellow tailed blue damsel now has a wierd white patches next to his gill, is hiding and not eating. Why me? Water is well within all normal parameters. I performed a water change anyway...what now? I can't catch him to move him to the hospital tank. Too much live rock...HELP!

Umm, actually everything added after the initial three damsels was quarantined for fourteen days in my ten gallon hospital tank. Except the coral, but I only have one species right now so that doesn't count. They only started getting sick and dying about a month after everything was in the community tank.
