Thoughts on 10G Nano

Hi guys,
My wife wants me to start up a tank for her new office. I was thinking of starting up a 10gallon nano, mainly of some frags of Zoos, xenia, gsp, and shrooms...possibly a frag of the frogspawn. How much lighting would you suggest for the tank?
I wanted to try and get a 96W PC fixture but it was too much for her... she is running a business ya know! Would a 40W PC smart light be too little...
Any thoughts appreciated!!!

I highly recommend the 96watt PC. You can get some good deals on them, and in the long run you'll be happy you got them. :D

Thanks bigarn for the reply.
She is trying to stay on a budget though. The 96 watter would be nice I admit, however it really isn't an option. So I was just wondering if the 40W light would not be enough to sustain what she wants to keep in the nano. It's about 4W/G right? If we chose the 40w?

A 96 watt isnt expensive at all, especially if u are uspplying the corals. They are like less than 100, and u could probably keep any coral that u want (within reason) if not, then....u could just buy hare a jbj nano and solve the whole problem. Comes with lights, filtration, a pump and water movement...everything. Just add water, lol. And rocks and fish and corals and blah. Ud probably be better off with that, they come with 24 watts of light...crap compared to the other stuff, but atleast u get the whole system. Theres one going for $89 right now on ---- if u hurry up ;)

I think with the corals you mentioned, 40 watts would be okay. I managed to pick up a 96w for a really great deal on "that popular auction site", so if you have time to shop that way it might be worth pursuing...
