Thoughts on Anemones??

I have an anemone and several fish. The bigger question is what type of anemone and what type of fish?

A firefish, goby, dottyback and dwarf lion. From what I can read the cowfish I want will be my main concern. But I've yet to get it.
Also want a sweetlips and tang.
I haven't been able to find an anemone that doesn't sting. Had a cowfish gotten by anemone.
I am getting help from my supplier but I think he's more reef. Cuz the more I read the more concern I'm having with cowfish, sweetlips and anemone. (he means well). Thanks
