I have posted this before but no ideas. I now have pic even though it is not too good. It is so small. Anyway, it lives under the sand and has these thread-like green strands floating above the sand and a slimy wormy thing that lives under the sand. I am getting lots of them. Just want to know if they are good or bad. Any ideas?

only once I saw it on the glass.

Spaghetti worm. Terebellid polychaete.
Pretty harmless unless those threads are irritation any nearby coral.
Looks like this huh?

When I take it out of the tank it's body is covered with a mucusy coating. You can't really see it but you know it is alive because it squirms.

I found one that looks just like mine, so the vote is in -- Spaghetti worm. Thanks, spanko. Love your avatar quote.
