I'm new to saltwater tanks and saw a tiger eel that I thought I might want to get once my tank is up and running. I only have a 24 gallon tank though.
If the tank is big enough for him, what other fish can I put in the tank if any?
Or should I stick with simplier fish for right now?:)

That's what it said on the tank at the store. I'll go back tomarrow and make sure thats what it is called. It had a yellow head with black stripes on its back. Never closed its mouth either.

Common names can be misleading, can you post a spcs. name or a pic. This is from fishbase dot org.
Scuticaria tigrina
Tiger reef-eel
It dose not have stripes it has spots.
