Don't forget to turn your clocks back tonight

Well I got myself confused and set the cocks ahead one hour before I went to bed....then I had the computer saying one thing, my phone had another time (set on wrong time zone) and the house clocks didn't match any of them..My mothers phone had the right time zone..(I hope) I set everything according to her clock.
LOL..I can't go by this site either it says it's 7:05 and it is around 9:00

Yeah I know I have done that before, but now all the clocks except 2 in the house automatically set themselves to the right time. If its any help to you I live in NY and it is 10:08 am here so that must mean you are 9:08 am as you are CDT (I think thats what you are).

Time changes are lame. Springing forward on Sunday makes sense but falling back should be done on Monday so the majority of people who work Mondays get the extra hour in the snooze zone.

When Indiana finally adopted the time changings they started a study on it to see if it would truely save them money as it is intended to do. After the first winter, they found that they spent more for lighting and heating than in previous winters. Not sure if they are going to switch back. But honestly, Indiana should be central time and not eastern. Then again, here in NY, the sun rises too soon and sets way too soon. I was used to ohio where in the summer, the sun didnt set until about 9:30 in the summer and in the dead of winter, i would get home and the sun would still be out. Here in NY, the sun sets at 8 and in the dead of winter, i was still at work when the street lights would come on and it would be really dark at 4 pm.

I think they should just use Daylight savings time all year. I'd rather have the extra light at the end of the day/
