Had to catch some fish that I took back to my LFS (Yellow Damsels....) and ended up having to remove all my rocks/coral.
I was much happier with the end result of the new rockscaping.

TEST, TEST, and TEST!!! I tested mine many times before I trusted it.
Some people drill a hole in the line coming out of the tank in the elbow and put an airline check valve there, then after pouring water in the capped area (which is not glued, but has a 1/8" hole in it) to prime that side they pull a vacuum on the check valve. Me I just put my lips on the capped tube (without the cap on it) and just sucked the air out bit by bit, kinda making the water slosh back and forth and that got the siphon started.
If you google "DIY PVC Overflow" you will find a lot of results and even some diagrams.
As far as it started back up, thats when I had to drill the vent holes at the top of the drain tube to help it start back up quickly otherwise it would try to pull in water while trying to expel water and it would take forever to start back up.

Thanks man. I felt like a kid playing in the bathtub trying different configurations lol. I'm still trying things out but I'm hopeful.
Great rock work btw.

Picked up quite a few corals this weekend...
Pink Fungia (Pictures don't do it justice, they just don't capture the brightness of the colors)

Orange/Multicolored Ricordia

Two WaterMelon Zoa Frags

Insane Yellow Zoas

Candy Canes

Been Feeding the Duncans, They have really opened up

and Finally FTS

Sad to say though I am leaving the Nano World. I got a good deal on a 55G All Glass Aquarium this weekend that I couldn't pass up. I will be working on it over the next few months getting it all ready to go and once its cycled I will be moving everything from this tank to the 55G. I am thinking about getting the Aquapod up as a frag tank though so it doesn't go to waste....
