Timer Issue on a RedSea

the timer on my redsea keeps acting up. I have it set to come on at 1pm daily and turn off at 8pm. Well that's not happening. The last two days I have gotten home at 5 and the lights are still off. The timer seems to be sticking at 1pm. Any suggestions?

make sure everything is turned on right. I know on mine ive played with it a little bit and ive had it working one minute and broken the next. If you still have problems cant you unplug the light from the the main brick and throw a new timer on there? AS a temporary solution i guess

I think that was a major problem with the red sea max...I would call them up and tell them about it they might just replace it...
