Ok I have 2 timers from Home Depot, and am tired of messing around with the clock everytime the power flickers on/off. I want to get a digital clock timer with mabey a battery backup. Anyone know if these are available at a resonable price? If so where? Any advise on these?

Sorry to answer a question with a question, (but I don't have a real answer, so...) how often do you have power outages? I'd be really upset with my power company if it hapened so often that it became a hassle to reset my timers.

They sell them at Walmart...by Brinks...they are $10-$20 depending on which one you get...They have single plug ones, dual plug ones, and you can program many different settings over 7 days. They are supposed to hold the time in case of power loss....Mine seem to anyway.

I have two Intermatic electronic timers I purchased at Lowes. Think I paid 12-15 dollars each. They have a battery so you won't lose your settings.

I second this, I have three timers by them and no issues. I have even unplugged them to make sure the back up worked, I haven't had to reset the time since I installed them.
I also got the dual plug ones, as they have the third prong for the ground.

Home Depot.
Seriously, I've gotten all my timers from there. They have fairly cheap digital one's that have battery backup, weekend settings, etc.
