tiny bugs on my glass

my tank has been set up for 3 months and today I noticed that there are tiny, tiny little bugs crawling all over the glass. Is this normal? Will they cause damage? and if so how do I get rid of them? Thanks

They are pods.Pods are good.It will not cause damage. The bugs are white and have little antenna rite?

they are definetly white but too small for me to see antenna. But they won't do any harm? where did they come from?

They wont do any harm your fishes mite eat some but its good.They came from liverock.
