tiny bugs walkin around the tank

When I firat turn on the lights if I look closely and the crushed coral. I can see tiny bugs (some the size of a pin head some bigger) they kind of have a shape like a millipede. Lots lof legs, and there body is somewhat in a curved dhape, anyone know what these are, and if they are good to have in the tank. Also when I move I am switching to live sand will those bugs come back if they are good to have thanks

Do they look like this picture? This is an amphipod and is a very good thing. Even if it isn't an amphipod, it is probably an isopod or something else beneficial. They will live in the rocks and in sand, so switching over shouldn't be a problem.

Yes they look just like that. How do they form.

They come as hitchikers on live rock/live sand. They reproduce quickly and feed your fish
