tiny particles!!

This morning, I notices a lot of tiny white spots on the inside of my aquarium glass. When I looked closer, it was moving. They are too small to see any detail. Has anyone seen this before? I recently started adding DT's live phytoplankton for my filter feeders. Could this be the cause?

My ultimate goal is to keep a mandrin dragonette. I guess this means I am one step closer. What else is required to keep them. I have been doing some research, and no one can seem to agree. I would like to hear from someone who has been successful.
