Tiny snails...maybe?

I have a 45 gal tank w/ about 35# live rock and CC. It has been up and running for about 14 months. Everything is going fine. I have these little snail-looking things that are popping up everywhere. What are they and are they harmful/helpful? I assume that they indicate good conditions, but I could be wrong. Thanks for the help.

Ok...what should I do? They are very small, and have brown and white striped shells. They look like small snails with two tiny antennae. Thanks...
