Tiny White Star?

So I got up this morning and saw what looks like a tiny white star shaped (thing) on my glass. Any ideas what this may be, and good or bad?

An Asterina star....harmless

A hydroid...to be removed

Looks like the first pic So its fine as is, no removal needed?

NOPE...I have them in all my tanks....if you get too many you can toss them...some people claim they eat zoas

BUT I hear that is very rare

Not that I can actually see something as small as a hydroid, I just assume I have copepods. What is wrong with them, why should they be removed?

Hydroid jellyfish are harmless, no need to remove them.
