Make sure it is easily accessible.
Clean it every 2 weeks, rinsing the media in saltwater from a water change.
I don't run carbon or phos magnets in my canister any more.
Clean media every 2 weeks.
I use the foam filters and the biomedia in 2 chambers with 2 empty on my 404.
Clean media every 2 weeks.
On the 305 I would leave one empty. You could use LR rubble instead of the biomedia.
Clean media every 2 weeks.
Did I mention that you should clean it often to prevent waste build up which can lead to nitrate issues?

I just read your other thread. Looks like you got some bad advice from the LFS. Hard lesson to learn, but now you have a source for quality advice here at SWF. We are here to help, so don't hesitate to ask.

So should I clean all the media on the inside of the canister and then put it back??? I used the stuff that the canister came with I dont even remember what it was. I remember carbon and biobeads or maybe some thing close to that but anyways clean it and put it back then replace when??

Yes. Rinse it in tankwater that was removed during a water change then reinstall it. If you replace it, replace in one media bin at a time. One at one filter cleaning and the other a few weeks later. That way the old media can seed the new media with bacteria.

Do not run the carbon unless you have reason to do so. Carbon is used to remove chemicals from the water. You shouldn't need it unles you had an anemone die, have corals fighting, or had a sea slug/cucumber die.
Carbon and phosphate magnets are only good for a week or two then they start leaching chemicals back into the water column.
