That's right. Glass holes sells the whole kit and kabodle.
IIRC, The Glass holes kit for 700 GPH comes with 1 1/2" bulkheads. Which should be the 2 3/8" hole.

i've swapped e-mails with glass-holes probably a dozen times because of my tendency to super-analyze things. not only are they really nice people but they will help customize your order with you. for example, if you decided on two 700gph overflows rather than a single 1500gph overflow, you can tell them you dont need the 2nd holesaw and they wont charge for it.

i got the 1500gph from glass holes for my 125. came with everything you need and the higher flow rate just means if you want to you can run more flow, which is helpfull later on when you have quite the bio load going in your tank.
