To DSB or not to DSB

not yet, It doen'st look like i described just yet. lol I just moved and during the move I lost almost all my acro frags(about 20 of the 35 i had). It was a factor of not being able to set the tank up for a week and a half (repainted the room and fixed it up before setting up the tank) so they didn't have the proper light and had minimal filtrations. Everything else is great. But just picture a carpet of zoos on the bottom of the tank surrounding a few clams. Thats what I'm going for. The coraline took to the starboard in about 2 weeks. It is only little specks all over the place but its visable. The idea is to keep enough current in the tank that all particles stay suspended and are removed by the filter sock. Anything else i'll just syphen off of the zoos ever few weeks. I like having that extra 4 inches of room to play with.

of course you need to set things up properly for them to work, this is not breaking news. Do a little research and you'll see it isn't a heck of a lot of work to set it up properly. Most of the horror stories about dsbs is from people just dumping sand and thinking that is all it takes.
