To float or drip..that is the question!

Most tanks in a store are connected. However, the way you acclimate the fish does not do anything for disease unless that acclimation is going to a quarantine tank. Even if you do not put any of the LFS water in your tank, there is still a very high chance you can introduce disease if you acclimate the fish right to the display tank.
