To fox(face) or not to fox

a magnificent is my favorite. i've one in a 180 that hasn't grown hardly at all over the last year. you'll have time to upgrade your tank size. mine picks on frags and algae more than it eats prepared food.
sting is like a wasp i'd say. probably pretty painful for a little kid that's never been stung. no biggie for an adult.
simply amazing camo abilities. they'll change in a couple seconds literally. it's really cool how the camo shows a smaller fish in the lighter area and hides the head and eyes in the dark. there's a distinct eye and mouth on it's side if you look. this fish is normally bright yellow black and white.

Sorry, But I disagree on it being OK. Unless the new tank is already bought (which it doesn't look like an upgrade is planned) I would wait until the upgrade actually happens. I agree that all of the fox faces are beautiful and are great fish. He will suffer in that tank though. I think the tangs would suffer first from the bioload that such a messy fish would present. In the end none of them would be happy.

Sorry but you shouldnt have two tangs in a 75g, if even one. I would say no to the foxface if this is the case.
Duly noted: one of my tangs is just a little convict, the other's a steadily-growing yellow. It's perfectly reasonable to posit that this would be overloading my tank (and you're partially right...) but I look at it this way: in a few years (god-hoping...) when the kiddos are getting BIIIIIG, I'll just trade out whichever ones I like the least (though I can't see myself parting with 'Archimedes', my li'l yellow... :)
Who knows: by the time I'm ready to start finding new homes I might decide to build myself another setup. That's sensible, is it not? I will continue to ponder the issue, but most of y'all REALLY like these foxfaces...
Anyway: thanks for the wealth of information, people!!

please do not get the fox until you have the larger setup. I cannot control what you do, but can offer advice. Your fish will suffer. Do you get a puppy and trade him out when he gets older?
