I have conflicting reports of how effective kick ick is. I have a 29 gallon semi-reef. I think my bicolor may be infected, and possibly one of my false percs. HELP!!!

Ethan, i think i replid to one of your other posts. You have a bicolor angel don't you? Anyway, I have a bicolor angel and a false perc in my 45gsemi-reef tank. I am also going through a small outbreak of ick myself. I posted a question recently about weather i should set up a hospital tank or not to treat for ick. I decided not to set one up and treat with garlic soaked food and am really glad i did! It worked (again) like a charm. Now i will just continue to soak foods in water soluable garlic juice for another 3-4 weeks. I and others feel it really is the natural way to go, and it works!!! Give it a try. My fish are doing 100% better and i just started treating a few days ago. :) Also, start your fish on the Zoe vitamins like i mentioned in one of your previous posts it really helps out in the long run. HTH

ok, so where does one get water soluble garlic juice? I happen to have a few fresh cloves, can I use these somehow?

Usually places like GNC (i.e. Health food stores) have Kyolic water-soluble garlic. Kyolic is a food suppliment. I've also seen an assortment of water-soluble garlic extract food seasining at high-end grocery stores. Be careful to avoid any unwanted preservitives.
