Would 17.5 watts per gallon of MH be to much light for hard corals a anemone and a tomato clown? :thinking:

It depends on what size tank wpg is kind of a vague way of deciding what lighting to use.

Thats too much!! You can keep some anemones with 5 watts per gallon, I dont even think you could keep acropora at the BOTTOM if u had that much!!!

if thats too much i would suggest u put a metal netting right under the light that sud cut it down a bit

Ok thanks for the replys i was gonna try and bring my anemone back into good health by putting him in a ten gallon. the light would be hanging about 6" above the tank. just a little something i was gonna try.
