Keep reading always helps. some of those items like the mandarin, corals, anenome should only go in an established tank, at least 6 months to a year.

I see you posted this question twice, while I am waiting for your reply to my first set of questions I will give you my opinion about what you have listed. I am no expert at all, I am new myself but have done lots of reading here and talking with others about their tanks. So this is just "My Opinion" Please don't do anything until you have more replies.
I see you don't list any live rock, this is something you should have in your tank for a nice well balanced system.
I do believe that Nudibranch and Cucumbers need a good mature system in order to do well. You might want to make sure that your system is well on its way before adding these two things to your tank.
Lawnmower Blenny likes lots of algae, they won't do well in a new system, might have to wait a while for this guy.
The Domino Damsels are cute when small, these fish can be quite aggressive as they age and they do loose their white spots and turn a grey/black in time. If you add this little cuttied and want to get it out later on you might want to read some of the questions here about how hard it is to get a fish out later on.
Shrimp Goby and Hawkfish I think are okay fish. I have never had a hawkfish but they seem alright. The gobies are fun to have too.
The Puffer and Eel are now way out of my league you will have to get an opinion about those for sure. I do know though that an Eel might make a nice meal out of a few fish you have listed here.
Snails are absolutley okay........

But if you are adding the Puffer and Eel maybe not, see what other say.
Anemone, you must have very good lighting for these and a mature tank too.
Sponges are lovely, never expose them to air at all. They like shady areas of the tank. You will need more info about them though as I have never had one.
Feather dusters and your mushrooms are great to begin with, I find them very easy (mushrooms) and lots of different colors to choose from too.
Starfish, there again a system with at least 6 months running time before you should add a star. Do your homework on them as some have very specific needs and foods and some are not reef safe either and will eat your corals.
Sun Coral, I do believe these have to be target fed the odd time???? Maybe someone can answer this better for you.
Nudibranch and Mandarin Goby, both need a good mature system the mandarin needs to have good supply of cope pods and lots of live rock to feed off of.
In my opinon you have picked some pretty hard things to start out with. In this hobby you must go very slow and really know your inhabitants you are wanting to add along the way. Do lots of reading on this site, there is a wealth of info on here and lots of great people to help you too.
Good Luck to you....

Okay, I cannot help you with a sump. I don't have one and to be honest know nothing about it at all. There are lots of folks here that would gladly help you with that question for sure. Maybe just post a question regarding a sump only and nothing else and you will get a better answer for that question.
Good thing about the starfish, I had a chocolate chip star and it did alright for a while but to be honest, I would rather leave those for the experts whith H U G E tanks and know what they are doing with them. My experience was not good and I loved my CC star and fed it everyday too.
Pods, well mine just came with my live rock. As a matter of fact, I had a pair of Ocellaris clowns and they completely had a hayday eating all the ones I had. Now that I don't have that pair of clowns anymore I have a white stripe maroon clown but does not seem to be interested in them. They just motor about doing their thing and the odd time I see a fish go after them. So live rock is the answer and hopefully you will end up with some sooner or later. They say a sign of cope pods is a good mature healthy tank.....
I hope this is right.
Mandarins are sure beautiful fish, but I would honeslty wait a while till your tank is much more mature for them.
Sure you can be my buddy, I don't mind.....

Now about your tank, how long has it been running?

I see your posts all over, good you are asking questions....

Some cycle with out fish, some cycle with fish. Do a search on "cycling" or just ask about this and you will gets lots of replies on what other people do.
I really did not do either in a sense, I had a freshwater tank going and I removed all those fish and added live sand, some rock and used my same filters. I added salt waited a few days, added some crabs and snails then my fish. So I did not start from fresh.
Some people use shrimp we eat to cycle their tanks too. Do a search for that.
Good luck.....
