Only if there is cheese on the sandwich... the cheese MUST be melted.

I go through spells. I may go a year without toasting. Then, out of the blue, I can't eat a sammich without toasting. After a few weeks I go back to "soft, stick to the roof of your mouth" bread.
I'm pretty strange, though.

I also go through sourdough or french baguette spells. Everything has to go on one...from steak to mashed potatoes.

Really? I heard that burnt toast and garlic cures cancer...
Charcoal and garlic...what could be better???

I was taught that the charred portion of whatever was overcooked can cause cell mutation. As long as you scrape the black part into the trash can, you should be ok.
Garlic makes any food acceptable.

LOL I heard a completely different tale. You are not originally from Cali though right? Eh, we may both be wrong, who knows?

What doesn't supposedly cause cancer these days...The fact that you are reading this is giving you cancer...you now have eye cancer, and the fact that you even thought about burnt toast has given you another form.

I'm from Kansas City...the home of charred beef slathered in barbeque sauce.
We don't worry about cancer. Corroded arteries get us long before cancer knows what's going on.
