to upgrade or not to upgrade?

Hey everyone. I have been given an oppurtunity to upgrade from my current 29g semi-reef with Nova extreme T-5s(48x12x12) to a 55g (48x12x19?) anyway I won't be gaining any length or width, just depth. My current tank is tied in with a 29g tall and 10g sump/fuge so I'm running a 68g system. If I upgrage I will jump to a 94g system. I need your opinions. If you had this oppurtunity or if you have upgraded in the past would you do it? Why or why not? Also I know I've read somewhere before, but have forgotten, What's the going rate per gallon of a used tank?

I like big tanks, better balance in the water i'd always say go bigger.

if ur just kepping fish, more depth is fine. if corals, get a better light or put less light demanding coral near the bottom.
