wow you were definately taken advantage of and i know you spent some serious money on a couple of those fish. writting the letter is not a bad idea but take your business elswhere. I was lucky to find a small mom & pop store where they know every customer who comes in and they are cheap compared to the big boys. after you find a new shop stop buy the old one see a fish they have that you may have gotten at the new store for a cheaper price and let the manager know this in front of other customers i did this once with an juvenile emporor they wanted 125.00 for it and i got it at the small shop for 55.00 so give it a try.

I would write the letter..Just as others have said, it may accomplish a variity of things, like giving people the right info...maybe even giving you a refund, or store credit, but if none of the above happen, at least you got it off your chest...and thats a good thing....But just something I do...Write it,wait a day, read it, and if it still sounds good, then send it
