toadstool attached?

How do you know when a toadstool is attached to the rock you placed it on with an elastic band?
I would hate to move the band and find it is not attached.
It has been almost 2 weeks now. The toadstool is growing and getting nice and fat but I want to make sure I don't disturb it.

I used to use a rubber band or thread it would attach after a week or so depending on the size of the frag. Now I use crazy glue no worry about the frag falling off.

I would allow it another 2 weeks, just to be sure.

leave it alone till it has attatched firmly like the one in rcbruce's pic. some leathers can be a pain when it comes to attatching so its always better to leave it till it has a secure hold because you will have to start over from scratch if it comes loose. Dont bother tryin to glue it. That doesnt work 99% of the time. Depending on the species and placement they normally tale 1-4 weeks to attatch.
