Toadstool help,,BangGuy, Beth, somebody??

OK here is the problem, I woke up this morning to find this happening to me toadstool. It started with a couple of brown spots. Now there is a white spot above where this hole comes threw to the top. It has openedup pretty good since the pic was taken. Even in the spot where the white spot is opened up. Is this something to worry about???If so what is it and how do I treat it??

IMO you will have to kill off all of the flatworms.

Okay Bang, I need to know how you came to this conclusion that he has flatworms from looking at those pictures,,,,,please?

First we should find out if the Leather actually has any flatworms on it.
I'm also interested in the amount of waterflow.
