Toadstool shedding

How long does it take for a toadstool to shed? Mine has been shiny and his polyps retracted for 4 days.

I use to have one and it would close up for about a week to shed and the bigger it got the longe it would stay closed. hope this helps a little

Thanks! I also read somewhere that they hate having hands in their tank. I've been moving some things the last couple days. That may also have something to do with it.

has it been like that the hole two months???Mine has closed as well for the past four days first time it has done that the hole four months i have had mine!!When the close there skin kinda looks like pigs skin to me...lolAlso i have a new one growing next to it as well...

mine was closed bc I just moved it like 5 minutes before I took the picture, at this moment, which is 10 minutes later- it is fully out

Don't worry, toadstool is the hardiest coral I've ever seen. Trust me, it'd be the one die last if any thing bad happened. It'll be fine soon.
