Tomato Clown + Flame Angel?

I doubt you'll have much of a problem. IMO & IME, big clowns are more territorial than downright aggressive. The Flame will learn to avoid the Clown's space and all should be OK. There are exceptions to everything; but most large Clowns won't bother other fish once the pecking order is established. They usually won't tolerate any other clownfish though; even in large tanks.
