Too much circulation?

Can you have too much circulation? I have a 55 gal tank with a Koralia 4 and 1 so about 1600 GPH moving. I was thinking about changing the 1 to another 4 and that would give me about 2400 gph. I am just not happy with the Koralia 1 on one side of the tank with the 4 on the other side. Afraid I am not getting equal amounts around the tank. Any suggestions? Or am I good?

try a 2 instead of another 4, an you should be good to go

I love my koralia's i run 4 in my 75.
2#4 and 2#3's it is were you put them i have the #3's on the back wall to the front and the #4's on the sides going to the side.works good for me...

I'm running 2 3's in my 38 gal. One on each end. I've finally got them adjusted to where i'm not getting a sand storm and holes in the sandbed.

I am running about 2600gph in my 55g tank, I have 1- K4, 1- K3, 200gph from my canister, and 400gph from my sump return pump. The K3 and K4 are on a wavemaker and alternate every hour with about 15 minutes of overlap and then they stop from 11:00pm - 8:00am every day.
Forgot to answer your question, yes you can have too much flow but it depends on what you are keeping. Most fish and SPS coral can handle just about all the flow you can provide turnover rates of up to 60x are not uncommon in SPS tanks. There are several soft corals that don't do well in extremely high flow areas. LPS can handle pretty high flow rates too, the key with LPS and softies is not to direct a powerhead directly at them so that it whips the polyps around if you can do that then the overall flow rate of the tank is not really that revelent.
