Too much equipment or not enough

I would like some advice on my aquarium setup. Listed below is all the equipment I have connected. Please let me know if this setup is beneficial or over done.
110 gallon tank
R300 wet/dry
2128 Eheim/w heater canister filter
1/3 Arctica Titanium Chiller
18 watt turbo twist
2 Eheim powerheads (not installed yet)
return pump Mag Drive Pump 1200

a skimmer and the list looks good. just dont skimp on it get a good one so its a one time purchase.

I have a venturi skimmer built into the r300 wet/dry
