Too much flow

I am thinking of replacing my power heads in my 90 gallon with the new Hydor Koralia. I have a 600 gph return. What should I get for the power heads:
Using 2 of these heads + my 600 return pump I will have a total of:
Koralia 1400 gph Total of 1400 gph or 15 x turnover
Koralia 2600 gph Total of 1800 gph or 20 x turnover
Koralia 3850 gph Total of 2300 gph or 25 x turnover
Koralia 41,200 gph Total of 3000 gph or 33 x turnover
Here are the sizes. I kinda don't want the added size of the Koralia 4
Koralia 13.52-1/4" x 5"
Koralia 24.52-7/8" x 5-7/8"
Koralia 36.52-7/8" x 5-7/8"
Koralia 48.53-1/4" x 6-1/4"
I have a mix of softies some LPS and a few SPS.

with more flow, the softies/lps might not extend as far. however, the sps will love it. it's a coin toss.

Where is the sweet spot?

It really depends on how you arrange the flow, if you time with one side off while the other side is on and visa versa then go more. If thet both are on all the time then try some way to move the water other than in a laminar flow pattern. 15x or better is great IMO.

Laminar flow is water movement in a straight line. Or a couple straight lines.
You want to create turbulent flow instead which is more random. It will stir things up and help minimizing or eliminating dead spots, etc. Your fish and corals will thank you. Aim a couple powerheads at one another, or bounce the flow off the glass

I have twin seio 1500's in my 75 reef, along with the return line and one maxi 1200 (not modified) I have around 50X flow in my tank and everything is happy, good extention on Xenias, pulsing away..., mushrooms..ok, too much light I think for them, sps all doing good... but the seios are on a wavemaker set up so they take turns ramping up from 50% max to 100% every 15 seconds back and forth. So no, I don't think you'll have any problems at 33X- you may notice a higher evaporation rate though..

id go with the 33x turnover rate. ive got 40x turnover in my 30 gallon and my frogspawn is fine. clams were a little disturbed at first but there doing great now, and sps are loving it.

I have 35x+ in my 65 gal. 2 tunze 6025s, MJ1200 unmodded, and mag 7 return.
Hammer and Frogspawn open huge. Xenia are lower in the tank and pulse like crazy. Zoos at very bottom.
Just keep your medium to low flow corals on the sides and they will be happy. I keep my SPS in the middle near the lights where the strongest flow is.
