Too Much Water Flow?

I have a 29 gallon tank and am wondering if I have too much water flow. I also have a 10 gallon sump hooked up.
AquaClear 402 Powerhead - 270 gph
Mag Drive Pump (Sump Return) - 350 gph
Overflow to Sump - ??? gph
Just got my first perc clown fish and want to make sure its not too much on him. The tank is a reef tank.
Thanks!

I read in a book that water circulation is good as long as the fish can swim without stressing them out or blowing them across the other side of the tank.

As long as your fish aren't plastered against the tank walls or you have a perpetual sandstorm, that doesn't seem like too much flow. Just think how much flow the ocean has.
Your overflow to sump flows 350 gph, the same amount the Mag Drive return pump is sending back to the tank. This 350 gph doesn't count towards your tank's total flow, as it's the feed water for the Mag Drive, just like you don't have have another 270 gph being displaced for the powerhead to use to add to the total flow.

So the overflow doesn't count toward total gph? In that case it would be 620 gph total (Return + PH) which would be a 21x turnover rate. From what I've read 20x is ideal so I guess I'm fine.
Thanks for you help!
