IMO a good personality (at least perceived) can easily add a coupla points - can turn an "8" into a "10". On the flip side, a bad personality can drop someone 5 points if not more.
Women can be waay sexy without being all that pretty, conversely women who are known as the "most beautiful" can be major turn-offs. Maybe some of this type of thing is reflected in the list.
For me, someone who smiles alot and is enjoying life will be far sexier than even the most "beautiful" who is always down on stuff.

dude i know i posted on this thread but still.
you bash these women, but they really are beautiful! they would not have their jobs (which pay better than yours) if they werent. i look at these women, and even their "bad day" pictures look way better than most of the women i see on a daily basis. look at the women in your life, your mothers, wives, and daughters. no offense, but i am sure they are not all centerfolds. but you still know that theyre beautiful, right? this is because that they are, physically, but also mentally beautiful. you love them for who they are, what they do, and what they mean to you. but take all of that away so theyre only the physical being. imagine thinking that your wife was "ugly" just because she went to the grocery store with no makeup on. these women have worked hard for what they have, and they didnt get there by being drooling, repulsive morons.
untill you know someone for who they REALLY are, what gives you the right to judge? its people like you who make girls like me hate themselves for looking they way we look. i am no where near as beautiful as your "#1 ugliest female celebrity", so that pretty much makes me dirt, right?

I think it's a shame you have a poor self imagine and IMO, you can blame mass media for projecting unrealistic/unattainable beauty unless you have thousands and thousands to spend on plastic surgery.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I perfer a more natural look/beauty and I am not at all impressed with what we are told is supposed to be beautiful.
