I have a Tounge Coral that I bought about three months ago. It was doing just fine until about a month ago when the skin under the coral statred to peel away( like sunburn ). Nothing else happend until two weeks ago when I noticed the top was starting to pull away fromt the bone of the coral. All other corals are doing fine, water was tested and looked okay. Any advice??

Some people find adding strontium can help a coral from detaching. Do u have aragonite for a substrate? It does help replenish it. Calcium levels are also important.

100gal tank,
I add 5ml of Strontium and Iodine ever three days, and I add 5ml of calium/akline everyday. I also add reef builder twice a week. I have about 2-4inches of substrate. Seems my Ph and and Alkinity are okay according to the pet shop.
