ok let me try this here does anyone want to trade sand with me from your ls bed are i will gladly buy some from you if you dont want to trade i would like to trade some like every couple of months to keep my ls bed teaming with little critters.

I know I found one for Des Moines by going out to another reef board.

dont have one in this area swf are not that big around here but its safe to mail ls so if anyone wants to sell are trade ls just let me know.

no the best way to keep a ls bed heathy is to add diff ls like once a month are so that way you keep adding new and diff critters.
