Transporting Fish

Next Friday I'm bringing my Cinnamon Clownfish back to my lfs. He's has just been a pain since I got him 3 months ago. It's my first time transporting a fish and I just wanted to know the best way to do it. Thanks for all your help.

put it in a bag with water...

if you ask me you need to grab it while your feeding him ... just scoop him up in a clear plastic bag ..like they do at the lfs ...

no problem .. and if you can't get him you could always ask your dealer to send someone out and help you .. i've had to do that before when I couldn't get an aggressive damsel out ..

i normally transport them in a 10g igloo cooler, and fill it half way...this way its dark...not as stressful as a plastic bag with light.

italianwjt has a good point ... the ifsh would probably like it better to be in a styrofoam cooler ...
