I don't know how long you have had the yellow tang, but I would think about trying to exchange him with a LFS. He won't survive long in a 29 gallon tank. They need atleast 100 gallons to thrive. It's not his size (I can see he is small), it is the amount of swimming room that he needs to live. A 29 gallon just isn't big enough!

Well I'm sure tha anemone looks funny becase there has been a change in the water chemeistry, keep an eye on him and let me know if anything else appears wrong with him.
