Trashy TV? What's your guilty pleasure?

I have a feeling that most people watch some garbage television. Whether it's reality TV, Maury, Springer, etc... what's your TV vice?
Mine is a stupid TV show on VH1 called The Pick Up Artist. It takes a bunch of nerdy, socially inept guys and puts them in a competition to see who can become the ultimate pick up artist. I don't know why I enjoy it so much but I can't miss this stupid show. I have to watch it religiously.
Anyone seen it? What's yours?

The closest thing I like to anything "reality" is "The biggest loser"...
Oh and "Home make overs"

The worst trashy show I watch and like is the STEVE WILKOS SHOW.. Funny and tragic stuff!

KAthy griffin is my trashy tv. I used to LOVE the i love new york, and flava flav shows, but quit watching them because i could just imagine what the people at VH1 were saying about me " lets just keep making these shows, this kid is pathetic enough to keep watching." haha, i think there have been 8 different shows spinning off of the original flava flav one.

omg!! I love Kathy Griffin's show!! and the Cho Show is pretty funny too.

Battle of the Bods. Probably the most socially inept show on TV. It takes Fox's old "Hot or Not" a step further. 5 girls have to work together to win money. The catch is they have to rank themselves in order (1-5) that they think a group of 3 guys will rank them in. The girls don't get to see the guys till the end, but the guys are always a stereotype, frat boys, bodybuilders, etc, that the girls are told. Each round is a part of the girls anatomy. First is always face, second, the guys pick, chest err... something else
, rear end, legs, etc. And the last is overall.
Spend some time on youtube if you haven't caught this show yet.
My other one this isn't trashy tv, but my roommates and I always record Jeopardy, and play each other. You don't get penalized for a wrong answer and all you get is a point per question, but it's still a lot of fun. It's pretty amazing to see the obscure stuff my friends or I know.

Wow, surprised no one owned up to it yet.... The Starter Wife. Can't say I meant to get caught up in the show, but we watched it a while back after I was avoiding it for so long and now I'm DVR'ing it weekly.

Cathouse was just an eye opener (figuratively speaking). Nothing worse than 'channel surfing' with the family, and you come across HBO with that show on.... "What is she doing to that man Daddy?"

that show is never on before 11pm or midnight....

I like Jerry sringer, but only the part of the show where the audience asks questions to the guests on the show. Sometimes it's really lame, but sometimes its fricking awesome.
