i have a porcipine puffer and a niger trigg in the same tank they r both about 6 inches. they follow each other around almost all day.

ive had my porcupine puffer with alot of diffrent triggers like a bursa,niger,even a undulated and blue-line trigger the puffer got along with all of them.

You should be fine . Just watch for signs of aggresion and I wouldn't add much more as far as fish go in a 75 .

all good i have a stars and stripes puffer and pork puffer with a bunch of triggers

My picasso picks on my porcupine at times , and the porc is easily 3 to 4 times the picasso's size. Waiting on a tank to cycle for the picasso to move to. Like everything in this hobby...it's luck of the draw.

both will outgrow a 75, imo. they are both slow growers though.

Puffers slow growers...not mine, easily an inch or so a month.

IT really depends on the trigger. And puffers will grow pretty fast, I picked my dogface up at 2 inches and he was 8 inches in a year and a half.
