Anyone have any experience with a blue throat or niger trigger? i heard they are lesser aggressive triggers but not to sure. If put in a tank with a couple damsels and percula's already in, would the blue throat or niger trigger most likely eat the smaller fish? or attack. Say if the trigger is smaller 2 to 3 inches. thanks

I thought so man i like those they're so beautiful. Does your Blue throat ever show signs of aggression? what do you feed him also? I'm seriously debating about getting one or not. But i don't want to mess up the chemistry in my tank because everyone get's along just fine.

Mine is a niger trigger (it shows colors of greenish, bluish or purple/pink)...my trigger is not agressive and i feed it frozen brineshrimp and hes doing good on this diet.

I've had a Blue Throat for about a month now...no aggression at all. I have a large Maroon clown who comes and steals food from her. If I hold a piece of the freeze dried krill in the water, she'll come eat it while I'm holding it. If you do get one, make sure its in a large enough tank to swim, it is eating, and not hiding all the time. Just a few things to look for when picking one. The blue throat are ment to be more delicate then some of the others. Great little fish though with lots of personality!

Thanks man. Do they need a lot of hiding places? or do they like open space? I really want one but i dont want it to eat my percula's. so i'm worried about that.
