Trigger on the Menu?

I was down by Chinatown the other day and when I pass a Chinese restaurant, something caught my eyes. They had holding tanks for various fish, crabs or shrimps, etc. One tank had several fish cram in tight and to my amazement, they look like trigger fishes. They had all the characteristics of a trigger fish. The pull back eyes, the mirror like anal and dorsal fins(correct me if I'm wrong), you name it. One was nipping at the other one just like a trigger would. What really surprised me was that I never thought trigger fishes were edible. I know some groupers end up on a menu but triggers.? Too bad I didn't have my camera with me cause I couldn't ID the fish. Its not any one you normally would see in an aquarium fish store. Just thought I'd share it with yall.

What we use as specimens for a hobby...many people from many places use as table fare...research the Marshall Islands...see what those local fishermen eat.
