Trigger picking at puffer

Last night I bought a dogface puffer. After the lights went off on the tank I noticed my niger picking at him. After trying to catch the trigger or at least run him away several times he seemed to not pay him any attention. Do you think the puffer will be ok or when the lights come on today the trigger will just start it all over? Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 triggers(humu and blue throat) with a porcupine puffer and they're all doing fine. Once in a while you'll see some fin damage on the puffer and an occasional nip here or there, but so far no one has died and no one is sick or severely harrassed. In fact, the puffer will get quite aggressive once acclimated..especially during feeding time. I've seen mine rip food out of the trigger's mouth.
