trigger snaped: What to do?

I've noticed over the days that my porc. puffer and harlequins fins we're a little bitten off but I really didn't worry. Just 5 mins ago the trigger snapped. He bit almost half the tail off the harlequin tusk and also the tail of the porc. I have a new 20g that I could use. what should I do. I never had the heart to get rid of "Pablo" and he really limited my choices. I'll see if the lfs will take back the trigger. He is in Perfect health and eats literally everything. I just don't know what to do.
I'm in the middle of a water change.

the main tank is a 120g fowlr with the a porc puff, harlequin tusk, sfe.
I'm waiting for my ro water to fill up the bucket so I could add more water to the prison tank. it has like 10g of water right now.

I got pretty desperate and moved the trigger to the 20g. I put "his" rock in there and I'm going to put a power head for circulation.

You have my sympathy. That happended to me too. I had a Lion (my avatar is his baby picture, took 2'nd place at only 5") and when he got to 15" long and 18" fin span I got a little Huma. Only fish in the tank. Everything was fine then one day after about a week the huma darted over and bit the Lion in the throat. He died instantly.

Sorry to hear you lost two fish. But it sound like your trigger was just being a trigger. What type of puffer did you have?
