dude, triggers get really big, you really shouldn't put either one in a 90. They really need more room than that.

I would try a smaller less aggressive species. A young niger or a blue jaw should be fine in a 90 for a while. I wouldn't keep more than one in a smaller tank like yours. Not sure about the triangle but Humas can be quite aggressive.

I don't have any experience with Triggers, but since I'm thinking of getting one myself I've done a ton of research on them. Theoretically you can get a Humu for a 90, but get him small. They are supposed to have a much slower growth rate once they hit 5" or so and you'll need to purchase him with the understanding that in a few years he will most likely need to be migrated to a larger tank. You might have better luck with a Niger, who grow faster then a Humu, but are also less aggressive and thus a bit safer to keep in a 90.

Especially if you are thinking about other tank mates with your triggers. Size of tank alleviates alot of aggression. You could probably do a mellower triger, and an eel and be ok. For a couple of years, but eventually you'd have to put them in a 150 or so.

Either one would be fine but only one. They can both happily live their whole life out in a 90. I do not know why others think they can't. Their max size is only 9 to 10 inches. A clown, queen, blueline, niger and some others get upwards of 18 to 22 inches and need a much bigger tank but either of the ones your thinking of as i said can live out their whole life in a 90 no problem. I have keep many triggers for years. For good, interesting tankmates that should all be added first or if not i would take the trigger out and rearrage all the rock work and add the new one and give it hour and then replace the trigger in, would be lunar wrasses, yellow tang, v-tailed grouper and harlequin tusk to name a few. All could live their whole lives out in a 90 as well i would say the tusk would be best off in a bigger tank in the end though.
