haha i already had that happen to his buddie!. but as of right know he is eating silversides almost as big as he is.

I wouldn't try it then are your triggers about the same size too

oh god no. one of them is bigger than the snapper.

one is 11/2'' the other is 3'' and very thick and healthy so it rules the tank.

freeze dried shrimp do it once a day at least. just one peice is all it takes. also hold it under water for the trigger. you dont want them to eat from the surface they might swallow a bubble by acident and die.

I might try that it. I buy frozen clams on half shells but freeze dried shrimp sounds a lot cheaper

All the time he pretty much jumps at my hand when he sees I have food

alright then just hand feed it to him. thats what i do.

I'll do it but he freaks me out he hits the food hard and fast and he's missed it before and it really hurt

the more you do it the less it will hurt because ther teeth become dull.

I guess when he runs out of clams I'll get him some shrimp

the only problem is is that when he is niping at the clam is he biteing the shell or the meat?
