Ok today my wife and I spent the day at the beach down here in Fla., While out swimming and brushing the seaweed away, we came across a ton of small what looked like triggerfish hiding in the bunches of seaweed. They were aproxamately 2-3 inches long (not including the babies.. they were about 5-7 centimeters long) They resembled the same fin ratio as triggerfish, size ratio etc..., what is throwing me off here is the color schemes (tan and brown stripes horizontally)
Now are these triggers or some other type of fish? It's got me stumped!
I do know that there is something underway here in florida to import reef fish (as shown a partial article below)
Reguardless I do plan on going back and getting some of them, if not tomorrow within the next few weeks. (I am setting up another tank for these in case you wonder)

The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has scheduled a public workshop concerning importation of reef fishes into Florida. The Commission is seeking public input regarding whether the sizes of imported reef fishes (snappers, groupers, amberjacks, etc.) should comply with Florida’s minimum size limits
